We support you with customs processes such as import clearances, export documents, and T-1 documents, and also offer solutions for temporary import and export. This ensures smooth handling, regardless of the complexity of the shipment.
For shipments that require waiver documents, you can rely on our expertise at our office in Antwerp. Here, we specialize in preparing the necessary documents, including:
- (E)CTN – (Electronic) Cargo Tracking Note for local authorities
- CNCA – Conselho Nacional de Carregadores, for shipments to Angola
- BIETC – Bordereau d’Identification Électronique de Traçabilité des Cargaisons, for shipments to Gabon
- BESC – Bordereau Électronique de Suivi des Cargaisons
Questions about customs services?
In addition to customs formalities, we offer supplementary services such as transport insurance, warehousing, fumigation, and packaging of goods. This way, we can coordinate a large part of the logistics processes surrounding your shipment, so you have a single point of contact for all your questions and needs.
In addition, we offer an independent service as a ship agent. From our office in the Netherlands, we handle the complete processing of loading and unloading ships, including the coordination of all port activities. We provide support with, among other things, crew changes, supplies, bunkering, and other operational tasks on board or at the quay.
